Key takeaways
- Pricing is based on workspace size: users and contacts.
- The pipeline, tasks and reporting are included, not sold as add-ons.
- Every plan starts with a free trial, and quotes are tailored to your team.
How RealEstateCRM.pk pricing works
We price by workspace size: the number of users who need access and the number of contacts you store. That keeps the model predictable. You are not charged extra for the pipeline, tasks or reporting, and you will not discover a mandatory add-on halfway through onboarding.
Because every business is shaped differently, we quote rather than publish a single number. A solo agent importing 800 contacts and a brokerage with 40 agents and 60,000 contacts should not pay the same thing, and a flat public price would either overcharge the first or undercharge the second.
What affects your total CRM cost
The software licence is only part of the cost of a real estate CRM. Plan for four things:
- Seats. How many agents, assistants and administrators need to log in.
- Contacts. The size of your database, including old leads you want to keep nurturing.
- Add-ons. Anything outside the core CRM, such as an IDX website, texting or paid lead sources. With a CRM-first platform you choose these separately instead of buying a bundle.
- Setup time. Importing data, building pipeline stages and training the team. Budget a few hours per agent, not a few minutes.
Our real estate CRM cost calculator lets you model these inputs for any vendor, and the real estate CRM pricing guide explains typical market ranges.
How we compare on price
Real estate CRM pricing falls into two broad camps. CRM-first tools such as Follow Up Boss are typically charged per user per month, while all-in-one platforms such as Lofty, BoldTrail, CINC and Brivity are often quote-based and bundle a website and lead generation into one larger monthly figure. Neither is wrong; they solve different problems. If you only need a CRM, paying for a bundle is waste. If you want everything in one place, a CRM alone will leave gaps.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
We offer a free trial rather than a permanent free plan. If budget is the main constraint, read our guide to free real estate CRM options to see which tools suit a very small business.
Do you charge per user?
Plans are scaled to the number of users and contacts in the workspace. Your quote will state both clearly, so there are no surprises when you add an agent.
Are there setup or hidden fees?
We do not add hidden fees. Anything outside the core CRM, such as a separate IDX website or texting provider, is a separate decision with its own cost, and we flag that early.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Limits on users and contacts can be reviewed and updated as your business grows.
