Connect the tools you already use

A CRM is only useful if leads reach it and data can leave it. These guides cover the common routes and two migration paths. We label every integration as via integration, because today we connect to other tools by bridges such as Zapier and email parsing rather than a catalogue of native connectors. We would rather you hear that now than discover it in week two.

Read pricing for how this affects cost, or the platform overview for what is built in.

A simple integration plan

Start with the one flow that loses you money when it breaks: new enquiries reaching the CRM. Test it with a real submission, then add a second flow only when the first has run cleanly for a week. Resist connecting everything at once; each connection is something that can fail silently. Monitor failures weekly and keep one person responsible.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have native integrations?

Not a large catalogue today. We connect through Zapier-style bridges, email and imports. Ask for your specific tool in a demo.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You should always be able to take your contacts with you.
