Via integration

Real estate CRM with website: bundle or build your own?

Bundles are convenient and often expensive. Here is how to decide between an all-in-one platform and a CRM plus website of your own.

Updated October 2026Reviewed by the RealEstateCRM.pk editorial team
Key takeaways
  • Bundles trade flexibility and price for convenience.
  • RealEstateCRM.pk is CRM-first and pairs with your WordPress website.
  • Own your domain and your content in either case.

Two ways to get a website and a CRM

Option one: a bundle. Platforms like Real Geeks, CINC, Lofty and BoldTrail package an IDX website, CRM and often lead generation into one subscription.

Option two: separate tools. You choose a CRM and a website independently, for example RealEstateCRM.pk plus a WordPress site with an IDX plugin.

Our approach

RealEstateCRM.pk is CRM-first. We do not sell websites. The platform is via integration for websites: your site captures leads and passes them to the CRM through forms, WordPress or Zapier.

Trade-offs

Bundle CRM plus own website
Setup One vendor, one login Two or more tools to connect
Cost Higher monthly, often quote-based Pay for what you use
Flexibility Limited by vendor templates Full control of design and content
Switching Website and CRM often tied together Replace either independently
Ownership Check who owns the domain and content You own both

Questions before you buy a bundle

  • Do I own the domain and the content?
  • What happens to my site and my leads if I cancel?
  • Can I export my contacts in full?
  • What are the contract length and cancellation terms?

Costs to model
